It shows 5 wires going to it one to the kill switch, one to the start / stop regulator, one to the coils, one to the CDI and one to the stator. Having a hard time finding how the grounding strap in the electrical box gets its clean ground. There were resistors hooked to this connection. The gray wire that feeds the CDI from the terminal block had 2.2 volts. The schematic shows a splice connection at the fuel sender. The other 4 wires go to the front somewhere. There was one wire that goes to the bilge pump, I checked this connection to battery ground and it was good. I followed the ground cable to the block where there were looked like 5 wires were hooked together. I know better, I should have checked this earlier. I checked for continuity from the ground strap to the block and had a poor connection. Thanks for listening, give me your thoughts. I don't know if any of this info helps you help me or not. I put it all together and was checking spark for the heck of it, I had intermitten spark, I will call #1 cylinder, the front one. I did all these tests with the stator connector unhooked, I did try to probe the back of the connector while it was cranking but didn't get much of a difference. They have a check for the brown to gray for 100 or more ohms, I had 3.026 M ohms. The Hall effect sensors they just want to check to ground the red, blue, green and gray all are open like they should be. 15 AC volts, they don't talk about AC volts here too. 8 ohms with an AC voltage across these wires is. They call the battery charge coil is wires yellow to red/purple should be. It said that the capacitor charge coil is the black to purple, should be 5.5 ohms, I have 5.9 ohms and the AC voltage which it talks nothing about is. I looked at the schematic again tonight and was looking at the stator assembly.
